If you are a contact lens wearer, there will be a contact lens fitting fee associated with your visit. If you have a history of cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, diabetes, or any other medical eye condition, your visit will be billed to your medical insurance. Please provide your medical insurance information when scheduling your appointment.
